My grandmother told me that even as a small child, I walked through nature with my eyes open, taking a close look at everything. During my school years, I then „zoomed out“ and became more interested in climate justice issues on a global level and got involved in local activism at FFF. We mainly addressed our political messages to politics and industry. Now during my FÖJ, my work mainly consists of sensitizing people locally to the issue of harmful chemicals. Thus, my FÖJ represents a change of perspective from wide-ranging political work to local awareness-raising work, where I „zoom in“ on environmental issues again. Thus, I hope to learn more about the interplay between politics, industry and society and which methods are most effective to create a profound change towards a climate-friendly and neutral world.
