Samantha-Josephine Kiesel originally studied cultural journalism, then gained experience in press relations and editing book projects in Munich and Bregenz on beautiful Lake Constance. Most recently, she worked at The Generation Forest in the field of analogue marketing and public communication before joining the Baltic Environmental Forum Germany in January 2023.

Even as a little girl, I was committed to preserving our environment. So it was important to me to squeeze the last bit of juice out of my drinking pack to save the life of a bee or to take part in rubbish collection campaigns in the neighbourhood. I think it’s great that the Baltic Environmental Forum Germany not only develops concepts for a more positive approach to our nature, but also promotes the best possible implementation of these. I am happy to contribute my strengths to get as many people as possible excited about important issues like environmental protection.
