NonHazCity 2: Survey on food contact materials for restaurants

BEF Germany is a partner in a European Union-funded project called „NonHazCity 2,“ which focuses on innovative solutions to reduce the use of hazardous chemicals in our everyday lives.

As part of the project, we are currently working on food contact materials and their use in the catering sector. Many kitchen utensils and packaging today are made of plastic, which is very practical to use, but consists of a variety of chemicals that are not all healthy and environmentally friendly.

To get a better overview on the extent to which food contact materials are used, we ask you to participate in our anonymous survey. With the help of your participation, we can produce information materials for the gastronomy from the results obtained. So that in the future each enterprise over the topic becomes enlightened.
