NonHazCity 2: Survey on food contact materials for consumers

BEF Germany is a partner in a European Union-funded project called „NonHazCity 2,“ which focuses on innovative solutions to reduce the use of hazardous chemicals in our everyday lives.

As part of the project, we are currently working on food contact materials and their use at home. Many kitchen utensils and packaging today are made of plastic, which is very practical to use, but consists of a variety of chemicals that are not all healthy and environmentally friendly.

To get a better overview on the extent to which food contact materials are used, we ask you to participate in our anonymous survey. With the help of your participation, we can use the results obtained to produce information materials for private households. So that in the future every consumer can be informed about the topic.

If you are interested in contacting us, please contact us! We occasionally offer workshops and lectures on consumer relevant topics and work with dedicated people who want to change things.
