CHANGE(K)NOW!

The SEED project “Change(K)now!” aims to use innovative approaches in behavior change in consumption patterns for fostering reduction of hazardous substance to the Baltic Sea. To accomplish this, it will analyze the success of campaigns and communications on plastic waste in the ocean and apply the knowledge to the issue of hazardous substances.

As it is a SEED project, its primary goal is to develop a future main project for larger scale partnership and funding in the Baltic Sea Region with this thematic focus.

During the future main project, the consortium will identify best practices and success stories, that will be used as templates to guide communications. The guidance will then be tested and refined at ongoing campaigns in cooperation with the relevant actors. As an ever-expanding “networking village”, the future main project seeks to integrate the guidance for successful environmental communication into future projects of organizations within and out with the consortium.
